ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER:  Kristin Scott

As Impact's newest addition to the management staff, Kristin brings her fresh perspective and ideas to assist in the operation of the properties located in the Atlanta, Georgia territories. Kristin's natural skills in organization and customer care, will raise the service level for our Georgia tenants, as well as assisting in the day-to-day operations of our Indiana and Ohio tenants.  Kristin's goal is to maintain Impact's standard of excellence in vendor and tenant relations, and she is a welcome addition to the staff!

ACCOUNTING:  Nicole Simmons

With over 20 years of accounting experience, Nicole has spent the last decade specializing in commercial real estate. For the past 7 years she held the position of Assistant Controller for a national commercial real estate company. Working with the accounting staff at Impact Property Management Solutions, Nicole manages all daily accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and budgets, as well as provides timely and accurate financial snapshots of each property.

PROPERTY MANAGER:  Patty Scott

Patty has been managing commercial office, industrial, and retail properties for over 10 years. Beginning as an Operations Manager for a national janitorial company, she expanded on her knowledge of commercial building management to pursue the role of licensed commercial property manager. Her love for the industry and excellent customer service skills are why tenants and vendors love working with her. 

  • Manage the daily needs of each tenant by always being friendly and accessible

  • Take trouble calls and find solutions that meet our tenant's satisfaction within a reasonable time frame

  • Maintain the property by hiring qualified vendors such as landscapers, electricians, waste removal, snow removal, parking lot sweepers, etc.

  • Ensure that each vendor has adequate insurance coverage before working at the property

  • Create realistic budgets to keep tenant costs down without sacrificing quality

  • Encourage feedback from every tenant so that everyone has a voice

  • Provide an overall quality environment to conduct business
