Tenant gives permission for Tenant contact details to be passed to tradespeople, service providers, and/or the landlord and its agents for the purposes of facilitating this repair/maintenance.
Tenant understands that if tradespeople/vendors a contractor are called out and the repair or maintenance work results from faulty item(s) owned by Tenant, or no problem is found, or Tenant has failed to keep an appointment made with the contractor/vendor, Tenant will be charged a service call out fee.
Tenant also agrees that if the work requested is found to be a Tenant’s responsibility, Tenant understands Tenant will be billed for this work order and the related work/repairs.
Further, I agree not to hold Impact Property Management Solutions responsible for any delay or loss of funds due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by me or by my financial institution or due to an error on the part of my financial institution in debiting funds from my account.
